ADMINISTRATIVE SALES ASSISTANT : NYC SOHO

Pursoma - a beauty wellness startup - is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic taskmaster to act as the central Support Star to our founder, Operations, Sales and Marketing Directors.  This position combines the roles of an administrative assistant and a junior sales executive, where each new day brings new activities.  With multiple tasks in varying stages of completion at any given time, your self-discipline, time management and attention to detail will be crucial.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Awareness and affinity for beauty and wellness.
  • Bright, confident personality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Tech + software savvy.
  • Photoshop, Google Sheets, Slides, Asana and Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Have own laptop.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • travel itineraries, scheduling, booking
  • team calendar management
  • data entry and CMS management
  • research
  • collecting, distributing brand collateral packages
  • compliance document management
  • recording meeting minutes
  • take & route calls
  • provide customer service via phone, emails, live chat
  • sample sendouts
  • ordering, managing supplies and inventory
  • scheduling trainings
  • assessing, opening, maintaining retail accounts

STARTING SALARY:

$36K + 10% Commission + Product and Office Perks.
