How do subscriptions work?
- Each month, a new set of Pursoma products will be delivered to your door.
- Your subscription will renew automatically every month on the same date as your purchase date, or earlier if you choose a 15-day subscription, and your next box will ship shortly thereafter.
- Shipping fees are applied at checkout. The first box ships two to three business days after your initial purchase.
- You'll receive a reminder email two days before each renewal date, so you always have a chance to pause or modify your next order as needed.
Can I return?
- We have made every effort to ensure the lowest price possible on our subscription and single boxes. As a result, all subscriptions and single box sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please refer to our shipping FAQ’s for more information.
Do I have to reorder every month?
- No, you don’t. To make it convenient for you, your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.
I didn’t intend to order my item as a subscription/recurring item, what should I do?
- After logging into your account, click on Manage Subscriptions (top left of page under SHOP)
- Click on Subscriptions
- Locate the subscription item you need to cancel
- Click Cancel under the Actions column to the right of your product listing
- You must select a reason for why you are cancelling, select an answer, another page will show up and you need to click Cancel my Subscription underneath the Additional Comments box to complete your request
When will I be charged?
- Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. For subscription orders, all recurring charges are determined by your original sign-up date and how frequently you wish to have your items delivered.
Can I change my address or delivery date?
- Yes, you can log in to your account from our homepage or from the email link you received. From the home page click on Manage Subscriptions (top left of the page under SHOP) and you will be able to view and/or change the following:
- Delivery schedule – Here you can skip your next shipment, change the next charge date, change the product quantity, change your delivery schedule, update your payment method or edit your shipping address
- Subscriptions – Here you can add products to your subscription order by clicking on ‘+Add Product’ at the bottom of the page. You can also cancel or make changes by clicking on Edit to the right of the subscription you want to change, under the heading Actions
- Billing information – You can also edit your payment information here by clicking on ‘Edit’ at the bottom right of the page
- Purchase history – Here you can view the orders you have placed

Will I receive the same product in more than one box?
- The Self-Care Sunday Box changes every month and we take effort to create an exciting mix of products. In some rare instances, an individual product that has proven popular and well-loved in the past may make a re-appearance in your box.
- If you opt for a 15-day subscription, you may receive the same box more than one time depending on when you begin your subscription within a given month.
Can I use a promo code?
- Discounts cannot be applied to any order containing a subscription item.
- A separate order will need to be placed in order to use any discount code.
Changes to subscriptions
- We reserve the right to make changes at any time to subscription options including packaging, pricing, plans and availability. Every effort will be made to offer a comparable solution. Changes will take effect following communication to you.
