We currently ship to all 50 states within the US and internationally.

Domestic orders placed that ship to the continental US receive free shipping over $100 USD.

Continental US orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SPECIAL HANDLING

Some items sold by Pursoma require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Pursoma we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of products to certain locations may not be possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that the recipient is considered the importer and will be responsible for any import taxes, duties, and fees applied to the shipment once it reaches the destination country.

The customs clearance procedures can delay packages when shipping overseas. To avoid any delivery delays, import charges can be paid in advance through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation.

We are unable to control or predict import charges for international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The purchaser must ensure that the items ordered can be imported to their country. We take no responsibility for items refused by customs in the delivery country.

It depends on where you are located. Orders within the contiguous US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you are sending your order as a gift or would like to include special instructions, you can add a note by following the steps below. Our customer service team is happy to include a handwritten note in your shipment at no additional cost.

STEP 2: Once you are ready to checkout, open the Cart and scroll down until you see the Add a note section.


STEP 3: Type your note(s) and don't forget to click the Save Note button underneath - otherwise your notes will not carry over to the checkout page.

If your promotional code is for a specific product, make sure that the product is added to your cart before you enter your promotional code.

Product

If the water is hot enough for you to sweat, you will heat up and also start to feel lighter as you sweat. Make sure to hydrate throughout the whole experience.

You should feel very relaxed but also very tired. The process of detox is still happening after the bath and that’s why the “sweat and rest™” period is very important.

In the evenings, on an empty stomach. Ideally, 2 hours before bed and at least 30 minutes after eating.

All salt baths (Minerals de Mer, Bain de Pied, and Après Savasana) can be used daily.

All clay baths (Digital Detox, Hot Tub and Resurrection) are best when used 2x a week.

To get the most out of your soak, start by using the our Detox Beauty Dry Brush to help prepare and exfoliate the skin. Tub-side, we recommend 1 liter of water, body oil, and a big towel and robe. Draw a hot bath and set a timer for 20 or 30 minutes.

Dissolve ingredients into the hot bath water, step in, and then soak for at least 20 minutes. Remember to keep hydrating. When it’s time to get out of the tub, wrap up your body and lay down to start your “sweat and rest™”.

The side effects of detoxing can vary among users. Some people sweat more, some people lose water weight and feel lighter, some just feel very relaxed, but almost all experience the side effect of deep, restful, peaceful sleep, and waking up recharged.

Please consult your physician. However, we recommend Minerals de Mer if you are pregnant, and to not make the water hot.

All are safe. However, if you are feeling sensitive, we would recommend sticking to Minerals de Mer, and not making the water too hot.

We have an ultra-ventilated clay that has air blown into the molecules, making them lighter and less dense. Therefore, they do not clog the drain, so feel free to rinse the salt and residual clay down the drain!

We do not recommend using Pursoma products with Jacuzzi jets.

They're easy to clean - simply rinse your tub.

As long as it takes you to do so. Start from your toes and work upwards to your head

The scrub is great to use a couple of times a week.

To maintain a long life for your dry brush, never get it wet.

To clean, tap on a hard surface to remove debris. To sanitize, place your brush in direct sunlight once a week for at least 12 hours.

Continue to care for your brush this way, and it will last up to two years.

** Please note this brush is made from a natural plant- discoloration will occur and any dark particles are from the natural seeds of the plant.

Some members of our team have had their brush for 5 up to years. If maintained, they can last a long time.

Jute is a natural fiber that comes right from a tree; we source ours from a female-operated co-op in Sri Lanka.

Try Sweat & Rest, Après Savasana, or Resurrection.

We recommend not using anything abrasive (i.e. salt) on irritated skin.

Subscriptions

  • Each month, a new set of Pursoma products will be delivered to your door.
  • Your subscription will renew automatically every month on the same date as your purchase date, and your next box will ship shortly thereafter.
  • Shipping fees are applied at checkout. The first box ships two to three business days after your initial purchase.
  • You'll receive a reminder email two days before each renewal date, so you always have a chance to pause or modify your next order as needed.

We have made every effort to ensure the lowest price possible on our subscription and single boxes. As a result, all subscriptions and single box sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please refer to our shipping FAQ’s for more information.

No, you don’t. To make it convenient for you, your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.

  1. After logging into your account, click on Manage Subscriptions
  2. Locate the subscription item you need to cancel
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Select a reason for why you are cancelling, and then click Cancel my Subscription underneath the Additional Comments box to complete your request

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. For subscription orders, all recurring charges are determined by your original sign-up date and how frequently you wish to have your items delivered.

Yes, you can log in to your account from our homepage or from the email link you received. From the home page click on Manage Subscriptions and you will be able to modify your account.

  • The Self-Care Sunday Box changes every month and we take effort to create an exciting mix of products. In some rare instances, an individual product that has proven popular and well-loved in the past may make a reappearance in your box.

Discounts cannot be applied to any order containing a subscription item. A separate order will need to be placed in order to use any discount code.

Regarding changes to subscriptions, we reserve the right to make changes at any time to subscription options including packaging, pricing, plans and availability. Every effort will be made to offer a comparable solution. Changes will take effect following communication to you.

The short answer is, yes! Once you log into your account, you can adjust your subscription or add a product by following the steps below.

STEP 1: Navigate to the top right of the menu bar and click the Account button.

STEP 2: Log into your account with the credentials used to set up your subscription.

STEP 3: Click the Manage Subscriptions button in the top menu.

STEP 4: Click the black Add a Product button.

STEP 5: Search or browse and select the product(s) you would like to add onto your upcoming subscription shipment by clicking the Select button.

STEP 6: Be sure to select the quantity and to click Onetime for your add-on to include it as part of your next shipment only. If you'd like to include the add-on product as an ongoing subscription, you have the option by clicking Subscribe instead of Onetime.
