Staying hydrated is what we call the ‘low hanging fruit’ of wellness. Having said that, it can be difficult to chug the required amount water every single day. Not to mention, not all of us LOVE the source of all life: water. We’ve created a daily guide on how to mix it up and drink all the right things to not only keep you hydrated but to get gorgeous, glowing skin.
SUNDAY PURSOMA® RITUAL
Step 1: exercise for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2: dry brush or use a scrub on your sweaty skin.
Step 3: take a detox bath (we recommend Resurrection)
Step 4: pat yourself dry and use a body oil on damp skin (we recommend Pursoleil)

ALL DAY: Drink water throughout the day - click here to calculate how much you need. If you don’t enjoy the taste of water, there are so many things you can add to it that not only improve the taste but also the health benefits. Lemon water is one of the most popular infusions out there and it’s great source of vitamins C & B, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. Cucumbers are rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamin A & K, so pop a cucumber (with a tiny pinch of good salt) in your water for a nutrient bomb!
